WEST RUTLAND — A 30-year-old woman was arrested for her second DUI following a crash in West Rutland on August 8.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Durgy Hill at around 3:15 a.m.
Police say that the driver, Kristina Harrington, of West Rutland, lost control of her vehicle and hit a utility pole.
Harrington exhibited signs of impairment and was screened for driving under the influence.
She was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing.
She was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date and time to answer the charge of DUI #2.
