Bullet strikes car with four passengers in Nashua, no injuries reported

NASHUA –– On Wednesday, August 16, around 8:15 p.m., police responded to reported gunshots around the West Hollis Street and Ash Street intersection.

Witnesses reported numerous people fleeing and a white sedan speeding away.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses who reported hearing multiple gunshots and observing several individuals running from the scene.

Witnesses also reported seeing a white sedan leaving the scene at a high speed.

Investigating officers found multiple shell casings and a damaged vehicle. It was discovered that a bullet had struck a vehicle not involved in the incident.

The car was carrying two adults and two children, however, no injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
