Nashua man faces multiple charges following domestic incident

NASHUA –– Jefferthon Gabriel Estrada, 39, of Nashua, was taken into custody by the Nashua Police Department, facing multiple charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon by a felon and drug possession, following a domestic violence incident.

On Aug. 14, police were dispatched to 223 Main St. after receiving a 911 call reporting an assault.

The subsequent investigation, which involved officers and the Problem-Oriented Policing Unit, revealed that Estrada had threatened his girlfriend, instilling fear for her safety.

It was also uncovered that Estrada, a convicted felon, had firearms in his residence.

Following his arrest on site, a search warrant for Estrada’s home was obtained. The ensuing search yielded several firearms, ammunition, as well as cocaine and marijuana.

Estrada was detained on preventative detention and had his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – South on Aug. 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
