WATERBURY — A 33-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release in Waterbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release incident at around 2:30 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Christopher Martin, of Waterbury, violated his court-ordered conditions of release by going within 300 feet of the victim and the victim’s place of employment.
Martin was issued a citation for the violation.
