MANCHESTER –– The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is intensifying efforts to locate and arrest parole fugitive Dawn S. Russo, wanted for several parole violations.

Russo’s violations are linked to previous convictions for Reckless Conduct/Domestic Violence/Deadly Weapon, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property.

A parole warrant for Russo was issued on May 24, 2023, following her failure to report and update her parole officer with a new address.

In addition to the parole violations, Russo is also sought by Manchester Police Department for Theft by Unlawful Taking. The fugitive is known to have connections in both Manchester and Rochester.

Recent sightings suggest that Russo is currently in the South Willow Street, Manchester area.

The Department of Corrections is appealing to the public for any information that may lead to Russo’s location and arrest.

Authorities caution against any attempt to apprehend Russo personally. Instead, any information regarding her whereabouts should be reported to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at (603) 271-1804, the nearest police department, or by calling 911.

Information can also be relayed through the department’s social media platforms.
