WOODFORD — A 71-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested following a crash in Woodford yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place in the area of Route 9 at around 8:25 p.m.
The driver was identified as Roger Frybarger, of Oxford, CT.
While speaking with Frybarger he displayed numerous indicators of impairment.
Following an investigation, Frybarger was arrested for DUI #3 and negligent operation.
He was transported to the Shaftsbury State Police barracks where he was processed and released with a citation to appear in court on August 28.
