Readsboro woman cited for disorderly conduct at medical center

READSBORO ––A Readsboro woman was cited for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.

Liliana V. Vandertuin, 39, of School Street, was arrested earlier on Aug. 3 for an APO violation.

Later that evening, Vandertuin allegedly attempted to push over a stretcher with a patient on it inside the hospital.

Vandertuin resisted law enforcement and caused a public disturbance inside the facility, according to authorities.

She was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

Vandertuin is scheduled to appear at the Bennington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Sept. 25.
