DUMMERSTON — A 50-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Dummerston.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight at a home on Dummerston Station Road at around 10:40 p.m. on July 28.
Police allege that Michael Gabriel, of Dummerston, had assaulted a household member.
Gabriel was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for processing.
He was released with conditions and a criminal citation to appear in court on July 31.
