HIGHGATE — A 38-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Highgate today.
Police say they were investigating an abandoned vehicle on Vermont Route 78 at around 4:30 p.m.
During the course of the investigation, police say they located Allan Reynolds, of Highgate, and found him to be in violation of court-ordered conditions of release in reference to contact with a protected individual.
Reynolds was taken into custody without incident and transported to VSP St. Albans for processing.
He was arraigned at court and released on conditions.
