PUTNEY — A 52-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Putney.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault that occurred on the evening of July 24.
Following an investigation, police allege that Catherine Morrill, of Putney, committed the crime of domestic assault and cruelty to a child.
Morrill was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police – Westminster barracks for processing.
She was issued conditions by the court and released with a citation to appear in court today.
