BERLIN — A 29-year-old woman from Waterbury was cited for negligent operation following an incident in Berlin on yesterday.
Police say they stopped a 2003 Toyota Highlander after observing it traveling 105 miles-per-hour in a 50 miles-per-hour zone.
The driver was identified as Meghan Montgomery.
Police say Montgomery was issued a citation to appear in court on September 7.
She was also issued a traffic ticket for the violation.
