BROWNINGTON — A 56-year-old man was arrested for violating his conditions of release in Brownington yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an intoxicated man at a home on Ticehurst Road at around 11:50 a.m.
Police identified the man as Timothy Souliere, of Brownington.
Souliere had conditions ordered by Orleans County Criminal Court that he must not consume alcoholic beverages.
Police spoke with Souliere and developed probable cause that he had consumed alcoholic beverages.
Police placed Souliere under arrested for violating his conditions of release and was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility.
