SUTTON — A 45-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Sutton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation between household members in the area of Burke Hill Road at around 7:25 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Carly Rainey, of Sutton, physically assaulted a household member.
Rainey was arrested and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
She was later cited to appear in court on Monday to answer for the offense, before being released.
