CHESTER — A 38-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Chester yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Route 11 at around 6:40 p.m.
According to the report, Joshua Snide, of Chester, was violating his active court conditions and driving with a criminally suspended license.
Snide was released with a citation to appear in court on September 12 to answer the charges of DLS and violation of condition of release.
