RUTLAND — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Rutland yesterday.
The crash took place on US Route 7, near Seward Road, at around 8:40 p.m.
According to the report, a 17-year-old driver from Rutland, had stopped at the intersection of US Route 7 and Seward Road facing south prior to the crash.
Bret Kinney, 65, of Clarendon, was traveling north on US Route 7 near the intersection with Seward Road when the teen attempted to turn left onto Seward Road.
Police say the teen struck Kinney.
Kinney sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash.
