CAVENDISH — A 49-year-old man from Londonderry was cited for retail theft following an incident in Cavendish on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of an alleged retail theft from a store at around 9:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Jason Colburn had stolen merchandise from the store.
Colburn was cited, released, and is scheduled to appear in court on August 1 to answer the charge.
