SPRINGFIELD — A 40-year-old man from Baltimore was arrested following an incident in Baltimore yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Christopher Merritt was actively violating his conditions of release ordered by the court.
Police say Merritt was in violation of his conditions.
He was arrested and transported to Springfield Police Department, where he was processed for the violation.
He was ordered to be held on $200 bail at Southern State Correctional Facility and is scheduled to appear in court today.
