SUTTON — A 56-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Sutton on early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified that David MacDougall, of Sutton, was not following his court-ordered conditions at around 10:20 a.m.
Police say that MacDougall was violating his court orders after being found within 300 feet of a protected party’s residence.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on August 7 for the charge.
