ANDOVER — A 21-year-old man from Chester was cited for excessive speeding following a crash in Andover on Saturday.
The single-vehicle crash took place at around 8:25 p.m.
Police say that Austin M. Chavez had crashed his vehicle due to operating at an excessive speed.
Chavez was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on July 25 to answer the charge.
