THETFORD — A 43-year-old man was arrested following a crash in Thetford yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Route 113 and Godfrey Road at around 5:50 p.m.
While investigating the crash, police say the driver, identified as Brandon Hundley, displayed several signs of impairment.
Hundley was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI refusal.
Police say Hundley resisted law enforcement, and spit blood in a law enforcement officer’s face.
He was issued a citation for the charges of DUI refusal, assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
