BROWNINGTON — A Brownington man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his court-ordered conditions of release, according to the Vermont State Police.

The incident occurred just after 10 a.m. on Moore Lane in Brownington where police were called to respond to a citizen dispute.

The officers determined during their investigation that the accused, 20-year-old Casey Humphrey, had violated the terms of his release.

Humphrey was subsequently located and transported to the State Police Barracks in Derby for processing.

He was later released on citation and is due to appear in the Orleans County Superior Court on June 19.

Details of the initial conditions of Humphrey’s release were not immediately available.
