Holland — A 49-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Holland on Thursday.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of an abuse prevention order and conditions of release that had occurred through contact on Holland Pond Road at around 7:00 p.m.
Police allege that James Beauvais, of Holland, had violated his conditions of release and a restraining order by contacting a protected party.
Yesterday, police say they found Beauvais in the area of Holland Pond Road in Holland, violating another set of conditions and the restraining order.
He was arrested and brought to the State Police barracks in Derby for processing.
Beauvais was lodged at the Northern State Correctional Facility.
