MONKTON — A 59-year-old man was cited following an incident in Monkton last month.
On May 19, authorities say they were notified of an incident that occurred in a wooded area near Twin Maple Road at around 2:00 p.m.
Police allege that Michael Casey, of Monkton, committed the offenses of simple assault, and three counts of disorderly conduct.
Yesterday, Casey came to the New Haven barracks and was issued a citation to appear in court on July 24.
He is being charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
