NASHUA — A 32-year-old man from Nashua was arrested following an incident in Hollis early Sunday morning.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Proctor Hill Road at around 1:30 a.m.

Another westbound vehicle collided with one of the Hollis Police cruisers that was parked on the side of the road, and attempted to continue driving.

Hollis officers were able to get the vehicle to stop.

The driver was identified as Brady Raye.

While speaking with Raye, police say they detected signs of impairment.

After a roadside investigation, Ray was taken into custody.

He was transported to the Hollis Police Department where he was processed and released on PR bail with an arraignment scheduled at the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua.

Raye faces charges of DUI, conduct after an accident, and criminal mischief.

Police say his vehicle was towed from the scene.
