WARDSBORO — A 38-year-old man was arrested for his fifth DUI following a crash in Wardsboro yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Route 100 at around 7:00 p.m.
Police say that the driver, identified as Mark Jaskolski, of Wardsboro, was arrested for driving under the influence.
He is scheduled to appear in court on August 8.
