PAWLET — A 33-year-old woman was cited for unlawful trespass following an incident in Pawlet last month.
On May 25, authorities say they were notified of a trespassing complaint at Mach’s Country Store on School Street at around 9:50 a.m.
According to the report, a woman that had previously been issued a notice against trespass, had just entered the property.
Following an investigation, police identified the woman as Ruth Byrne, of Pawlet.
Police say Byrne was located by a Pawlet Town Constable on Tuesday and was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
