FAIRFAX — A 24-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Fairfax on Thursday.
Authorities say they were notified of an incident on Fox Run Road at around 7:30 p.m.
Police allege that Griffin Lestage crashed his vehicle into a home before fleeing the scene.
An individual then went to Lestage’s house to speak to him and potentially obtain insurance information.
Police say that Lestage fired a weapon multiple times with the intent to place that individual in fear of bodily injury.
Lestage is scheduled to be arraigned in court on July 18.
