Marshfield man arrested for lewd and lascivious conduct, unlawful trespass in Cabot

CABOT — A 56-year-old man from Marshfield was arrested following an incident in Cabot on Monday.

On May 30, authorities say they were notified of a disturbance at a home on Jug Brook Road.

Police allege that Calvin Lamphere had unlawfully entered the victim’s home, committed lewd and lascivious acts, and interfered with the victim’s ability to call for emergency services.

Police say Lamphere was not on the scene when they arrived.

He was arrested yesterday where he was processed.

Lamphere was cited to answer to the charges of lewd and lascivious conduct, unlawful trespass of an occupied dwelling, and interference with emergency services.
