BURLINGTON — A 35-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Burlington yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance that ended on I-89 at around 6:25 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kellie Folsom, of Burlington, committed the offense of domestic assault.
Police say the physical altercation occurred while driving on the interstate.
Folsom was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Williston barracks for processing.
After processing, she was issued a citation to appear in court, and she was later released to a third party.
