Two-vehicle crash with injuries in Chelsea

CHELSEA — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Chelsea yesterday.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 110 at around 9:15 a.m.

Police say they observed Amanda Berard, 40, of Graniteville, at a position of uncontrolled rest on the road and Mariah Lawrence, 39, of Tunbridge, slightly off the road at a position of uncontrolled rest.

Lawrence was already being put into the ambulance when police arrived on the scene.

Berard sustained severe injuries, police say.

The juvenile passenger was taken to the hospital and treated for injuries.

All involved in the crash were transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to be treated for injuries.
