NEWBURY — A 36-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Newbury this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation at the P&H truck stop at around 8:00 a.m.
Police allege that Sarah Tobin, of Newbury, committed first-degree aggravated domestic assault and reckless endangerment by using her vehicle to strike another vehicle.
Tobin was arrested without incident and is scheduled to appear in court on June 7.
