NEWBURY — A 31-year-old man was cited for larceny following an incident in Newbury today.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation between numerous individuals at P&H truck stop at around 8:00 a.m.
Police allege that Timothy Kearney, of Newbury, committed the larceny by taking a cell phone.
Kearney was cited on the scene without incident and is scheduled to appear in court on June 28.
