BENNINGTON — Shaun Gogan, 29, of North Bennington, was arrested yesterday for an alleged domestic assault.
Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Dunham Avenue and determined that Gogan had assaulted a household member, causing physical pain.
Gogan was arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Shaftsbury State Police barracks for processing.
Gogan was later released on conditions and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington CriminalDivision on May 19, 2023
