BROWNINGTON — A 39-year-old man was cited following an incident in Brownington yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Leo Davignon, of Brownington, was in violation of a final relief from abuse order on Parker Road at around 6:35 p.m.
Police say that Davignon was in violation of an active relief from abuse order on which he was listed as the defendant.
He was released on a citation to appear in court today.
