RUTLAND — A 45-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Rutland last month.
Authorities say they were notified by a Vermont Probation and Parole Officer of a possible condition of release violation on April 30.
Following an investigation, police allege that Corey Bickford, of Mount Holly, violated court-ordered conditions of release by contacting a prohibited person.
Bickford was cited to appear in court on June 5.
