MOULTONBOROUGH — A 61-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Moultonborough yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault that had just occurred at a local business on Whittier Highway at around 11:20 a.m.
Police say John F. Drum, of Moultonborough, is accused of second-degree assault, strangulation, and a class B felony.
Drum was transported to the Carroll County Jail.
He was processed and released on personal recognizance bail to appear in court at a future date.
