BARTON — A 50-year-old man from Westmore was involved in a crash in Barton yesterday.
The single-vehicle rollover took place on Vermont Route 58, near Nadeau Lane, at around 10:20 p.m.
Police say that Mark Lacoss drove his 2020 Subaru Outback off the road causing it to roll over onto its side.
The vehicle suffered major damage to the passenger and driver sides and the front end.
Lacoss was transported by Orleans Ambulance to North Country Hospital for injuries which police say were not believed to be life-threatening.
He was processed at the hospital and cited to appear in court to answer to a charge of DUI.
Police say he was also issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
