Hudson, Nashua PD arrest 5 during coordinated round-up

NASHUA — Members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Hudson Police Department and the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit participated in a coordinated round-up operating under Operation Granite Shield where five individuals were arrested for various drug crimes and other criminal offenses.

The arrestees were:

  • Tracy Carrier, age 41, of No Fixed Address
  • Randy Hildreth, age 30, of 39 Charles Street, Rochester, NH
  • Nicholas DaCosta, age 19, of 12 Woodville Street, Nashua, NH
  • Jamie St. Laurent, age 43, of 277 Webster Street, Hudson, NH
  • Ryan Plamondon, age 48, of 17 Blueberry Lane, Hudson, NH

Carrier was arrested on a capias arrest warrant from the Strafford County Superior Court and was released on cash bail pending her arraignment in the Strafford County Superior Court.

Hildreth was arrested for two electronic bench warrants from the Rochester, NH, district court and was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment.

Dacosta was arrested for dealing or possessing prescription drugs, a class a misdemeanor, and was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.

St. Laurent was arrested for possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), a class B felony, and was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in the Hillsborough County Superior Court, Southern District.

Plamondon was arrested for receiving stolen property, a class a misdemeanor, and was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.

The arrests took place during the week of May 1, 2023, and were frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.

Operation Granite Shield is an ongoing initiative of the New Hampshire State Police’s Narcotics and Investigations Unit that coordinates with local law enforcement agencies to combat drug trafficking and associated crimes.
