RUTLAND — Police say they executed a search warrant on an apartment in Rutland on Thursday.

This warrant was the result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics from an apartment that led Officer James Rajda to apply for and be granted a search and seizure warrant by a judge.

Police located and seized fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine during the execution of the search warrant.

Tammy Rheaume, 55 of Rutland, was arrested for fentanyl trafficking, possession of cocaine, and possession of heroin.

Jack Hopper, 49 of Rutland, was arrested for cocaine sales.

Alan Frasier, 39 of Rutland, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

All were lodged in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Police say they are still investigating the case.
