Nashua police arrest man on multiple drug charges

NASHUA — The Nashua Police Department arrested Christopher Danieli, 49, on an active arrest warrant and charged him with multiple felony-level charges related to drug possession and distribution.

According to authorities, members of the Narcotics Intelligence Division began investigating Danieli in December 2022.

After obtaining an arrest warrant and a search warrant for his residence, the department’s Special Weapons and Tactics Team, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office assisted in Danieli’s arrest.

Danieli faces charges of felony sale of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, convicted felons, and common nuisance.

The controlled drugs in question include heroin/fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, buprenorphine/naloxone, clonazepam, and psilocybin mushrooms.

Danieli is being held on preventative detention and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough Superior Court-South on Friday.
