Man arrested for felony theft charge in Nashua

NASHUA — A Tilton man has been arrested for felony theft by deception in connection with a solar panel incident in Nashua.

Christopher Farias, 41, turned himself in to police on an outstanding arrest warrant, according to the Nashua Police Department.

The incident occurred on December 29, 2022, when Farias allegedly took a monetary deposit from a Nashua resident to install solar panels on their residence.

Despite promising to return the deposit, Farias never made any effort to install the panels or return the money.

Detectives furthered the investigation and obtained a warrant for Farias’s arrest.
