MILFORD — A 41-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Milford.
Police say they arrested Sann Than, of Milford, and charged him with multiple counts of domestic violence simple assault.
The incident took place on April 19.
During the course of the investigation, police found that Than physically assaulted his 3-year-old son, causing injuries.
He was arrested and charged with 3 counts of domestic violence simple assault-bodily injury, 2 counts of domestic violence simple assault-physical contact, and 1 count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was released on PR bail.
Yesterday, police responded to the same home for another disturbance call.
Than was arrested and held on $500 cash bail.
