RUTLAND — A 32-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Police say they located Kyle Edward Warner, of Rutland, after initiating a motor vehicle stop on Temple Street at around 4:15 a.m.
Warner was wanted for failing to appear in court on charges of DUI, impeding public officer, reckless endangerment, and eluding a police officer.
He was taken into custody and lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Center for lack of bail.
