FAIR HAVEN — A 34-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Fair Haven on Tuesday.
Police say they arrested Theodore C. Smith Jr., of Fair Haven, after responding to a motor vehicle complaint.
Police were called to Maple Street for a person asleep at the wheel at around 11:00 a.m.
Police say they found Smith asleep at the wheel.
Police learned Smith had a criminal “no license.”
He was arrested and released to appear in court on a later date.
