VERSHIRE — A 27-year-old man from Groton was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Vershire yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a truck in a ditch on Vermont Route 113 at around 5:55 p.m.
Police say the truck had been operating in an erratic manner prior to going off the road.
Troopers arrived and located the truck, which had been operated by Jared Grant.
While speaking with Grant, police say they detected indicators of impairment.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI #3 and transported to the VSP Bradford Outpost for processing.
