Nashua police arrest man for criminal threatening and assault

NASHUA — Khari Ilan Cohen, 24, was arrested on April 21 by the Nashua Police Department on an active warrant for his arrest for criminal threatening and assault.

Cohen is accused of threatening a male victim with a firearm on January 26, while they were on Buck Street.

Detectives within the Criminal Investigation Division investigated the incident and applied for a warrant for Cohen’s arrest.

He was held on Preventative Detention at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending his arraignment on April 24, at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District.

Cohen is charged with criminal threatening, a class B felony, and four counts of simple assault, a class A misdemeanor.

The Nashua Police Department is requesting anyone with information about this incident to contact the department.
