DANBY — A 36-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Danby today.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance on Cascade Road at around 8:50 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that David Hall Jr., caused bodily injury to a family or household member.
Hall Jr. was placed into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks for processing.
He was flash cited to appear in court today.
