ALBURGH — A 46-year-old man was arrested for second-degree aggravated domestic assault in Alburgh early Sunday morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a 911 call from the area of 1799 Truck Route for an assault at around 12:40 a.m.
Police allege that Dwight Clapper, of Alburgh, had committed the offense.
Clapper was arrested and processed at the St. Albans barracks.
He was released on a citation to appear in court.
