PITTSFORD — A 32-year-old man from Brandon was arrested for DUI following a crash in Pittsford on Sunday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Elm Street at around 6:15 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Edward Cormia.
During the investigation, police say they observed Cormia to display several indicators of impairment.
He was taken into custody for driving under the influence, and a regulated substance was found on his person at the time of his arrest.
He was transported to the Rutland City Police Department for processing.
After processing, he was issued a citation to appear in court and released to a sober party.
