NASHUA — A Nashua man was arrested on Tuesday for domestic violence assault.
Kelvin Tavarez Nunez, 25, was charged with one count of felony second degree assault – domestic violence and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault – domestic violence.
The incident occurred on April 18, when the victim reported to the police that Nunez had strangled and assaulted her during a physical altercation.
After an investigation, detectives arrested Tavarez Nunez.
Tavarez Nunez was held without bail and will be arraigned at the Hillsborough Superior Court-South today.
